Monster Cookies
3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
4 1/2 cups quick oats
1 cup M&Ms
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into balls and bake on parchment paper at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Monster cookies are a delicious, flourless, peanut butter cookie. Though I used M&Ms, I have seen the same basic recipe customized throughout the internet with chocolate chips, raisins, whatever your flavor may be!
